I do not accept insurance at this time. The payment above is due at the time of your session. I accept all major credit/debit cards as well as a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) card for payment. If you would like a statement to submit to your insurance company to request reimbursement for your out-of-network benefits, please ask.
